I decided to do two posts this week in preparation for the sale— this one will focus on the sets. The second post will be my top 20ish picks from the sale.
I love focusing on sets, because most are already at a discount and then you get an additional discount, which means you get the best value. There were not a ton of skincare sets that I was excited about, but I feel like there’s a good mix here of skincare, makeup and fragrance.
The sets in my cart:

I mean…how beautiful are all of these blush shades!
Danessa Myricks Beauty Blush Set ($45 worth $65)- I love this blush formula so much— it’s a cream but sets down to a powder finish that is ultra blurring. It’s great for those with textured cheeks, acne-prone and/or oily skin. These shades all look beautiful and like ones I would reach for! You also get a mini blurring balm to try which acts as a primer for makeup.
Ciele Blush + Highlight Set ($35 worth $52)- the Ciele liquid blush formula is a favorite of mine. Super blendable, extra SPF coverage. One of the best blush ranges and shades that are universally flattering. I also love this highlighter— and piper is my favorite shade! Will keep this mini in my travel bag.
Makeup:
Including lip balms here, even though technically I think they’re a skincare/makeup hybrid!

Merit Archival Set ($52 worth $74) - Every single time I’m wearing this lip set I get asked about it on Instagram and I’m sure everyone is sick of hearing me talk about it. My most worn lip products of 2025 easily, and I only got it in September. These are cool leaning mauves that are my perfect lip color that makes my fair skin and eyes pop without being too bold. I have a full try on/review here if you missed it!
Eadem Le Chouchou Bisous Set ($84 worth $120) - I feel like Eadem and Topicals could compete for my favorite lip balms. Both are fantastic black-owned brands that I adore. These lip balms are a bit pricier because they’re also exfoliating so they keep your lips flake free. The colors are beautiful but run warm but if brownie nudes are your jam, this is the way to go. Guava is my favorite shade as it’s their true only neutral/cool shade of pink. I also like their berry shade!
Topicals Slick Salve Glossy Balm Trio ($34 worth $48) - I’m annoyed that Sephora isn’t showing the value on this set because these are normally $16 each and you get three for a little over $11 each! I love the shade offerings which are more diverse than Eadem IMO. This lip balm lasts on my lips the longest of any I own! I wear it skiing for that reason. It’s incredible.
Skincare:

Soft Services Buffing Bar Mini Collection ($39 worth $49) - this is one of my favorite body products ever. Soft Services actually just sent me a sweet note to tell me that I was one of the early adopters to give love to this product. It’s truly the best body exfoliator out there with the best scents, and I much prefer it to anything I’ve ever tried in a tube or tub.
Innbeauty Project Firming Essentials ($52 worth $72) - This is such a great little PM trio especially if you have normal to dry skin and aging concerns. This moisturizer has a cult following for a reason, this serum is super hydrating and has additional peptides to help smooth + firm, and this eye cream is a total dupe for the UBeauty one which is wayyy more pricey. A great way to try these if you haven’t OR grab minis! I personally lean more oily, so I prefer these products at night, but for dry skin could use for AM or PM or both.
Innbeauty Project Smooth & Bright Duo ($36 worth $48) - This is the daytime partner to the set just above this. Also a better duo for more normal to oil or acne prone skin. I love this gel cream, it’s super hydrating without being heavy. (Does have a potential pore clogger, but I have had no issues with it personally). This is also a great lighter weight eye cream for day time.
Dieux Hydrate + Firm Kit ($36 worth $49) - A great AM/PM moisturizer duo! I personally love the gel cream but avoid Instant Angel for my acne prone skin— but it’s amazing for dry skin so I’d gift it to one of my three sisters who were blessed with no acne/oily skin. Great way to get minis for travel or try these if you haven’t yet.
Fragrance:

Phlur Holiday Coffret Mini Perfumes ($59 worth $94) - this would make such a great gift, or you could break it up and gift them to different people. This set personally contains three of my favorites— Vanilla Skin (sweet, creamy vanilla with sandalwood base), Father Figure (fresh, floral fig with vanilla and a hint of woodiness), and Missiner Person (a skin like scent that is clean + comforting). Rose Whip is lovely (warm floral rose with amber and cashmere wood base— so sexy)— I just don’t personally love rose scents ever since I was pregnant lol
Glossier You Fleur Duo ($88 worth $114) - This is easily my most worn Glossier fragrance— it has that typical You base, but more floral and a little solar/salty so it’s perfect for warmer months. They also have this set in the regular Glossier You, and you can’t go wrong with this scent— it’s amazing! I recently have been reaching for it a lot.
For the kids/tweens/teens:

SDJ Spritz the Season Set ($39 worth $50) - This set would be so great if you have a teen/tween or multiples. You could break the set up along with the Summer Fridays lip balms and your kids would get endless clout amongst their friends.
SDJ Limited Edition Sol Tote + Body Set ($49 worth $65) - I gave this set to my teen neighbor and she lost her mind. Do not underestimate the hold that SDJ has on the tween and teen population!
Rhode Holiday Glazed Trio ($49 worth $60) - I think this would also make a really cute gift for any tween through thirty year old. The glazing milk is a nice hydrating toner that is great for all skin types and ages. You can’t go wrong with lip balms either.
Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm Minis ($25) - give as a gift or break them up into smaller gifts! This isn’t my personal favorite lip balm, but it isn’t bad and it’s massively popular amongst this age group right now.

I tried to stick to restocks of Dieux Instant Angel & Deliverance and the INNBEAUTY travel set, but the Sarah Creal eyeliner, Ciele blush, and the new Eadem croissant lip balm might have accidentally ended up in my bag. 😬
thank you for including Summer Fridays !
